Today I completed the Barista course at Exit87 cafe and was blown away by the knowledge and such a friendly environment. The owner is very enthusiastic and nice person. The trainer was great and patient with me ? they both made my morning extremely enjoyable. People working there are lucky to have a owner like Peter ? I definitely recommend using the Exit87 Cafe if you want to learn about coffee and have a fun time doing it. The atmosphere was great and practical exercises were awesome. Look forward to visiting for “all you can eat dinner” .
I really enjoyed the Barista course I took last week. We learned all the basics from how the beans should feel, what the milk should look for each coffee, and even a little latte art. I had a good time practicing these skills. Personally, I feel a follow-up voluntary course would be the perfect addition to this course, as I’d like to practice a bit more before I would be comfortable really acting as a barista in a busy setting. Overall, I enjoyed it and I can tell that Stacey really enjoys what she does which makes it more fun.
Exit 87 cafe is an awesome place, it has a cute and cheerful decoration that made me feel at home. I have been there to take the barista course with Stacey last week and it was amazing. I had a great time learning all about the different types of coffee and really appreciate all her dedication, effort, and passion. Stacey is a great teacher with a lot of knowledge and experience. I attended this lovely cafe yesterday with some friends. I often come for coffee where the awesome barista Stacey works her magic. She really does great coffee. I ordered a very delicious Eggs Benedict with bacon and garlic mushrooms. It was beautifully presented and tasted divine. Set in a quiet area with peaceful outlook and great music. I think I have found my new local!
