I was very excited to have a dinner at this restaurant based on the excellent reviews on this website. My wife and I shared one of the strawberry salads and it was excellent. We also shared the butternut squash and it was excellent as well but it was not enough food for the two of us. Perhaps we made a bad decision on sharing because the wife and I both walked out of the restaurant still hungry after spending a little two much for what we got. There were some holes in the service but the waitress got slammed with a large crowd shortly after our arrival. Some rough edges but overall a pleasant experience but I probably won't return. Too many other better choices in my humble opinion.
Fabio on Fire Italian Restaurant is an absolute must-visit for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine. The appetizers are delectable, with the calamari and bruschetta being particular highlights. The pizza is also worth trying, but the real star of the show is the dessert. The cannolis, gelato, and tiramisu are all heavenly, and the free after-dinner lozenges are a lovely touch. The lemon lozenges, in particular, are a must-try. I've been back multiple times just for dessert! Overall, Fabio on Fire offers a truly memorable dining experience that will leave you craving more. Highly recommended!
First time trying Fabio today. The food was great, but the service was not very welcoming. Tina just wasn't very friendly. She nudged us to buy two entrees when one would have been plenty and failed to refill our ice tea (sitting on the edge of the table) while pushing for us to order dessert; we finally had to ask her to fill it.
Fabio On Fire is a great local Italian restaurant. I had the Butternut Squash Sachietini which were very delicious. Mom ordered the fire roasted lamb chops special. Such great flavors but she said the lamb was a bit tough. Other than that all great. Will go back again.Food: 4/5
