I suggest calling ahead before visiting, as they closed an hour early during my visit, claiming it was a slow day. Although there were customers still eating and being served, we had to wait for someone to inform us that they were closing early. It appears they don't adhere to their advertised hours. It was quite rude of them not to inform us immediately; several servers simply stared at us while we waited for the host, only to be told we wouldn’t be seated.
This is a fantastic local gem! The Italian cuisine features appetizers that cater to a variety of tastes. The wood-fired pizzas, homemade pasta dishes, and nightly specials are all served hot and delectable. Be sure to leave space for dessert—the house-made gelato is a real delight. The server was well-informed about the menu and flavor profiles. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 3.
Fabio On Fire is an excellent local Italian restaurant. I tried the Butternut Squash Sachietini, and it was absolutely delicious. My mom ordered the special fire-roasted lamb chops, which had fantastic flavors, but she found the lamb to be a little tough. Overall, everything else was wonderful. I look forward to going back again. Food rating: 4/5.
Our server Tina was AMAZING! Definitely make sure to request her! The food was delicious I just wish there was more simplicity. I got overwhelmed by the menu and specials at first. Not ever get the Lasagna. What a waste of $20. I had 3-4 bites and had to stop. Soft and seemed under cooked. I would take the frozen Kirkland Signature from Costco over this one. Ughhhhhhhhh Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Our usual spot for Thursday pizza has closed down, so we had to search for a new one! The pizza was fantastic, and Thursdays offer 50% off bottles of wine! We'll definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant
