I will start by saying: I will not be coming back. Overpriced can be acceptable if it’s balanced with great customer service — but that was absolutely not the case here. I waited over 15 minutes for a single drink, despite there being only two customers ahead of me. Not only was I overlooked while they served two people who arrived after me, but when new customers ordered what seemed to be the same drink as mine, the staff tried to serve them first as well. When I politely asked about my order, the woman behind the counter replied in an unnecessarily rude tone, saying “I’m making it now for you,” as if she were doing me a favor. Friendly staff. Great place for getting work done. Have never tried any of the food as it’s all very overpriced but the coffee is always fine. Utterly dreadful music played here though, not the cafes problem, it must be a corporate decision. It’s some of the worst music I’ve ever been subjected to while trying to focus on things. Take a hint from SandwiChez and just play some calm and chill background music. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
