Fabrica 1 - Réserver une table

We wanted to have a quick lunch and were craving something healthy(ish , studying the menus of various restaurants in the area. When we saw that Fabrica 1 had goat cheese salad, we decided to give it a try. It turned out to be very nice (there is hardly any size difference between the small and large size, so if you are on a budget, I would recommend going for the small one . The lady who served us (owner? was very friendly and we found the prices pretty decent, too. We sat outside, so I cannot comment on the atmosphere in the actual restaurant.

came here for a late lunch (4pm soon after our arrival..........friendly service and very tasty tapas with plenty of choice.The young waiter was due to finish his shift,but we were not made to feel unwelcome.The owner described all the dishes to us......all nicely presented.We sat outside and enjoyed our 1st majorcan meal of the holiday.Good value too

Popular place in Santa Catalina and on the busy street Fabrica. Tapas for one, two or three €. We had baby squids, very fresh and perfekt crust. Thai chicken with fries should not be orderd. Quick and helpful service.

The salads were exceptional and meal overall was very good, the staff were very friendly and we were well looked after, at 16 euros for three courses and a drink I'm sure we will be paying another visit soon.

Great tapas and friendly waitress, we felt welcome here. The place was fresh, super with the A/C and the food was delicious...
