The family-run hotel is very nice and cosy. The name is also taken up in the equipment, already on the door handle received us the first Mr. Dr. Eisenbart and also in the hotel there is clear who the name is. A 17th century building. We had a spacious apartment, living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, work niche with desk right under the roof. One floor below is a cozy balcony. Drinks can be taken either from the restaurant or the refrigerator in the hallway with the balcony. The service was very helpful because we had to look for the parking space booked for the car. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town, near one of the Werra bridges and is easily accessible by car. We felt very comfortable there.
Super location, the parking lots were a bit more difficult to reach for us. The hotel with its location in the old town is wonderful. We had a family room. Very clean and quiet. The boss gave us information about the city and the worth seeing rat cellar. My family and I are very happy and happy to come back. But then a little longer. Great hotel! Price performance is right. Perfect location, good beds, modern bathroom. Breakfast was good. Delicious homemade jam, super Bircher Müslie, greenware, etc. A bottle of water in the room would have been nice, but there is a guest refrigerator that is closed. OK, as long as you find someone from the staff at night, that's good.

We were there as an eBike group of 5 people in June. A super location, very nice absolutely clean room with comfortable bathroom as well as good breakfast and a very friendly service we were allowed to experience. For eBikes there were own parking garages with loading possibility. Price/performance matched.
The hotel is a real surprise. Very nice rooms, cozy beds, excellent bathroom. During breakfast you will be pampered and the coffee machine is great. The restaurant invites you and offers an appealing kitchen. The team at the hotel is very friendly.

A nice hotel with refurbished rooms in the traditional German style. We got the top floor family room, which was very spacious and nice. A small and good breakfast with more or less everything you would like to eat for breakfast.
