I had a really disappointing experience here. The service was terrible. There was one girl who just seemed not to care; when we brought back a drink that was supposed to be a slush but was mostly melted and tasted like an iced drink, she handled the situation poorly. Instead of being helpful, she was rude and dismissive while we tried to explain the issue. When we requested a remake, she carelessly tossed the drink in the trash for no apparent reason. On a positive note, they have longer hours compared to other boba shops, plenty of seating, and parking is available, even though the lot is small. They also have arcade games and karaoke available, and I noticed they now accept credit cards! I placed my order at 9:04 PM (as noted on my receipt), selecting three items. One drink was ready in about five minutes, but my other two items didn't arrive until 9:47 PM. I handed my wife her drink so she could join our friends while I waited for my order. A young staff member noticed I was still waiting and inquired about my order. I have good memories here going karaoke with my friends and I made some good memories again trying some of their new drinks.Rock N Roll: This red oolong milk tea was topped with tiramisu foam which had a good level of sweetness. I would call it more of a dessert drink because it was extra creamy but addictingly good.Peach Oolong Tea Cold Brew with Sea Salt Cream: This one comes unsweetened but the fresh peach and boba add a slight hint of sweetness. The sea salt cream is also delicious and it makes me want to try all the other drinks with the same cream.

I was in town and looking for a great boba tea spot. My brother who lives here recommended Factory Tea Bar. As soon as you walk in , there is a very chill vibe. Low lights, industrial look, leather lounge couches. I got a the milk tea with whipped cream , my older daughter got the honey dew melon milk tea and my little kids got the strawberry slush . We loved just hanging around on the couches the place feels spacious and not crowded yet cozy. Loved it!

A younger co-worker took me here on a blistering afternoon. Having never tasted 'boba ' before, was pleasantly surprised with the delicious beverage that was presented. Would try again, thanks Jillie!

The employees were very nice! The tea is yummy! They have a really cute outside patio area too! We showed up after closing and they still served us our teas! Thank you!
