I recently stayed in a two-bedroom apartment at this property. The maintenance of the property is satisfactory and the accommodations are well-kept. However, the two bedrooms are not spacious enough for more than one family.

There was no air circulation in the apartment I stayed in on the first floor. The rented apartment had mold on the terrace door and in the bathroom, as well as an unpleasant smell.
