A group of us at Airth castle for a wedding had the restaurant close on us, so they gave us a room where we could order our own takeaway and sit together. Mine arrived last but it was worth the wait! By far the best chippie I have ever had in my life! It lured me in with its battered smoke sausage and snickers and now I'm hooked. The chips are also divine. Sadly I live in Stirling so this will only be an occasional treat for me (but what a treat! I convinced hubby to stop off here again last night and the food was just as good. Thank you so much Falcones and please keep up the good work because an amazing chippie is certainly hard to find and no longer exists in Stirling.
I really enjoyed the food, but waiting over 2 hours for a delivery on a Wednesday night is just unacceptable. No matter how good the food is or how popular the place is, nothing is worth that long of a wait. The food was good and arrived hot, and the delivery driver was very polite. However, ordering a burger and chips at 17:25 with an estimated time of arrival of 60 minutes, and not receiving it until 19:35 without any update or courtesy call to advise of the delay is disappointing. I also live less than a 5-minute drive from the shop, so location cannot be blamed. Thank you, but no thank you. Service like that will not keep customers coming back.
This is not my first visit to this restaurant, but it will certainly be my last. The attitude of the first girl was terrible; she needs to work on her manners. Another girl seemed to be in a bad mood, as she was complaining loudly about something that all the customers could hear. This is very unprofessional, regardless of her age being 16. Additionally, the batter around the fish was very rubbery. The prices were also quite expensive. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.
I ordered a king rib supper, I usually order fish and chips from a chip shop but love a king rib and was not disappointed. The king rib was spot on delicious. The chips were good to, only 4 stars as the food could have been hotter but considering they delivered from their shop to grangemouth I can't really complain. I will certainly order again, next time I'll try the fish and chips. Can't wait

After a two and a half hour wait for a delivery the dips to dip the allegedly hot and spicy prawns in (they were just in batter, nothing hot and spicy about them) were missing. When I phoned, the girl was rude! Couldn’t believe I would actually like the dips to go with the greasy prawns and then hung up on me! Used to be the best chippie around when Joe had it! Definitely won’t be back
Fish supper and curry sauce.. 13 quid! Wat a rip off. The batter was absolutely stinking. Complete rubber. Chips were dry as a bone.. 5.30pm on a Saturday nite. The last.
I ordered a pizza at this restaurant, but unfortunately the young girl who was serving me made mistakes with my order three times. She also overcharged me for the meal.
Fresh, hot, delicious split haggis suppers and sausage supper. Always a friendly welcome no matter how long your last visit was .

Had 3 pizzas, 1 smoked sausage and chillies and 2 pepperoni with chilli oil. All really really good! Our new place for pizzas
