Falco's Catering is AWESOME and the team makes your wedding planning very easy from beginning to end and is also reasonably priced. We HIGHLY recommend Falco's if you are planning an Off Site wedding. Ours was at the Water Witch Club in Highlands, NJ. It is a unique, historic building with a scenic setting overlooking Sandy Hook and the NYC skyline. BUT you have to bring in and coordinate the vendors yourself. I don’t even know where to begin. I had my wedding in my backyard this weekend with the help from Falcos. It was OUTSTANDING. The food was incredible, beyond. I am still getting phone calls from all my guests raving. But they don’t only just prepare you amazing food. Their hospitality is unremarkable. They give you the ultimate dream team. My wife and I had our wedding at Art Factory Studios in Paterson, NJ on 12-1-23.We can't thank Falco's enough for everything they did for us on our day. Our guests can't stop messaging us about how delicious the food was and how great the table service was.Falco's put together an incredible team of servers and staff, but the shining star of the entire event was our maître d' Lisa. 10000/10 would recommend Falco's for your wedding day!! We had a backyard wedding in June 2023. Falco's handled everything from start to finish. We worked with Heather who helped us with everything from menu options all the way through coordinating with the tent company. The week of, our Matre D', Lisa came to the house to do a walk through with us. She was the saving grace on our wedding day she kept everyone on our timeline and everyone together. Highly recommend!! Falco's went above and beyond throughout the wedding planning process and they made our day so special at The Asbury Hotel. Heather kept us updated throughout our planning and she was helpful whenever we needed something. Both Heather and Renee provided unbelieveable service the day of our wedding, as well as the other Falco's staff. The food was great and we received plenty of compliments from our guests about it. The service and presentation was awesome as well. Truly a great experience working with them and would work with them again in a heartbeat!
We used Falco's Catering for our wedding at the Asbury Hotel and couldn't recommend them more! The food was delicious, meals were hot and the entire staff were kind and professional. Lisa was exceptional and ensured that everything ran smoothly. She takes note of everything and anything and will get whatever you need done.
