By recommendation we were attentive to the Franzen winery and we can also recommend it to 100%. We have made a request for wine hikes and picnics quite spontaneously and Susanne has designed our tour perfectly individually and according to our needs. Even during the tour, she has responded flexibly to all needs and prepared us a wonderful, super informative and unforgettable day. Even for the picnic she made all the treats herself and lovingly dressed. The wines are super tasty and of high quality and the perfection is rounded off by the cordiality and hospitality of Susanne and Michael. The whole family was enthusiastic and we can hardly wait to come back.
Dear Franzen family, thank you for this great short holiday. You just have to recommend....We had a great holiday apartment, we have eaten very tasty with you in the Strausswirtschaft and especially enjoyed very delicious wines. I would particularly like to mention that although we do not prefer Riesling, we still have come to our expense. From that very much 5 stars! See you soon.
Today we enjoyed a wonderful wine hike with a fantastic Easter buffet. During the wine hike you could taste the great wines of the family, explore the vineyards and have learned a great deal. The winemaker is a super sympathetic woman, the explanations were great and the food in the Vinothek just kneeling down! It was such a beautiful day! Thank you
The family atmosphere is great, just like the wines. Were there in September with our bikes. From there you can make many tours. An Edeka is also around the corner. There are unfortunately few restaurants, so you have to take care of yourself from Tuesday to Thursday or drive further away. The wines have tasted very well and order again.
