I apologize for this review. As someone from Kansas City, I found the experience to be quite unpleasant. The brisket was tough, the burnt ends were dry, the St. Louis ribs lacked meat, and the cheese curds had no cheese. Despite this, there were some positive aspects such as the reservation service, excellent customer service, delicious tea, jalapeño sausage, flavorful sauces, and the corn muffin. However, the overall experience felt like drive-thru BBQ at a premium price. I would not return again.
If you know that Father's day is going to be busy get more staff in there. Even after the long wait for the table we waited a very long time for food to be done. The food itself was very good. Waitress and bar staff were excellent.
Our server was excellent and she attended to our group of very well. Food was served hot and the one error made on an order was quickly and graciously corrected. Very nice experience!
I love famous dave, eating is great and the price is reasonable. the personal is really pleasant. great atmosphere! st. louis style rib is absolute.

popped in for some tour bbq, was welcomed fast and friendly. my men brought me into the section, showed me a menu and he and a nice young lady.
We all enjoyed the meat dishes, but were not impressed with the taste of the red skinned mashed potatoes as much as we usually are.
Open table doesnt work at famous Dave's so we had to sit and wait for 40 minutes when we thought we had reservations. Awful app....
we met someone to dinner and it was his choice to come here to be honest it was a long time since last in a famous dave’s it was.
