Famous Dave's - Réservation de table

Our visit started off rough! After making contact with the bartender we still had to track down an employee to be seated for our reservation. Felt as if we were being ignored and it was not busy at all. Our servers personality was nice and welcoming but she seemed distracted which was reflected in our experience. Our food and drinks seem like they took a bit longer than they should’ve taken in our experiences from previous visits. The burnt ends were all fat, they were great the last time I ordered them so this was a big disappointment. We ordered the large family feast for $79 which was pretty standard so no complaints. Today the service was horrible. Took at least 20 minutes after I was seated and I still had to ask someone to come and take my order. Once I got my food, had to wait another five minutes for the items that were missing. I ordered the fried chicken dinner with white meat and the chicken seamed to be cut in a way that the breast was almost unrecognizable. Just a bad experience all around this time. I’ve gone other times and the food and service were great. The manager Scott that I’ve met there previously is really awesome and has things running smoothly when he’s there.

We Love Famous Daves! Catfish is yummy!! We try to go every 2weeks! Making a reservation also is a great idea, because they do get busy! Especially on the weekends!!
