I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent order. On Saturday, July 8th, I ordered four takeout Halo Halo, each priced at around $10. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed to find that the contents were primarily just a mix of jellies, with very little else included. We didn't realize this until we got home, as the orders were placed inside a grey plastic bag and were not opened prior to leaving. I've attached some photos that illustrate the lack of toppings. We had the kamayan/Boodle Fight for the first time today, and the food was absolutely delicious! The customer service was also outstanding—everyone was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We had a larger group with babies, so it got a bit messy and loud, but it didn’t seem to bother them at all! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving Filipino cuisine. We used to travel to Mississauga for Filipino food, but I'm so glad we found Fan D Flame! Thank you for the wonderful food and service; we truly enjoyed our meal!
We recently organized a surprise birthday dinner for my husband at Fan 'D' Flame, with over 60 guests in attendance. The owner was exceptionally warm and welcoming, the service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic—especially the lechon, which was the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend this venue to anyone seeking a great dining experience or a place to host private events. The only drawback was that they didn't offer alcohol for private events, which would have added a nice touch.
This is the best Filipino restaurant I have ever visited, and I've been to quite a few! The food is freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. My favorite dish is the pancit bihon—it's just fantastic! Not only is the food amazing, but the customer service is truly outstanding. We recently held our micro wedding reception at Fan “D” Flame, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of service we received. The buffet, desserts, and Lechon were all absolutely delicious. I took my family here for a holiday dinner and we enjoyed a Filipino food feast called Boodle Fight. The food was fantastic, and everyone had a great time enjoying the meal and the experience. The service was excellent, and the owner was very friendly. I absolutely love this place and will definitely be returning!
I ordered the grilled pork belly with steamed rice for my birthday today as takeout, and it was fantastic! The flavors were incredible, and the portion size was generous. It's clear that it was made fresh to order. I will definitely be getting the pork belly again or trying out other dishes!
