They seem understaffed… we arrived through the back on a Friday afternoon and waited for service near the fake grass area. We thought someone was going to come greet us but no one came. We only found out that you could go into the restaurant through adoor by following another group in. Some signage might be helpful for newcomers on where to enter! Inside was way too dark sowe sat outside on the fake grass. It’s a nice place but there were BEES EVERYWHERE! Beewhere! We ordered the fried calamari(was eh), Long Island Underground (not what I expected more patty than pulled pork), Bistro Burger, Berlin Burger, andMarinated Steak and Mushroom Melt. When we received our water, I said thank you, hoping to see if we would be treated with the same level of customer service as those around us, but she simply walked away without a word. I'm not sure if this behavior was related to race, but as someone who's worked in customer service, I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of respect regardless of who they are.
I didn't want to cause a scene or respond rudely—I simply don't understand why we were treated that way. Perhaps it was just an overly hot day affecting the atmosphere?

After seeing good reviews on this place I decided to try it when we were in the area. Don't intend on returning. Drinks and service were fine. Ordered calamari appetizer which was ok. Buffalo chicken finger appetizer was gross. Came out cold andovercooked. Tasted like it was leftover and sat out. Buffalo sauce was closer to bbq than buffalo. Ordered burgers which werejust alright, nothing special. After the meal, we regretted eating anything at all because it was so unfulfilling. Verydisappointing.
First time in this restaurant and will definitely return. Loved the outdoor terrace. Enjoy the pre-solid 3 course dinner with a glass of wine $21.95 best deal around]. Saylor, our server, was friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice that they had a bottle of sanitizer on each table.

We absolutely adore Faradays! The German and Irish dishes are fantastic, and we appreciate the variety on the menu. We've never had a bad meal here.
