Shelly's Mole class was fantastic. We learned how to make several recipes in just 3 hours, and then enjoyed a meal together as a class. I was surprised by how much I learned and how much fun I had. Shelly is a great instructor - she is thorough but keeps the class entertaining for all levels of cooks. People of all ages in our class, from 16 to 60+, had a great time. I can't wait to use the traditional Mexican techniques I learned in my own kitchen. The price of the class was definitely worth it as everyone was engaged and interested. Wow! Is this place even real?! The hands-on cooking classes here are amazing. Ian teaches Shelley in the evenings and in the morning. Both of them are well-traveled. The cooking classes are truly incredible. This place is a hidden gem. It's perfect for a solo night out, a date night, or even for families with children. You will learn a lot and have a great time. It's probably the best cooking classes in New Jersey and Pennsylvania (near Philadelphia). It's definitely worth the hour drive for me. We love this cooking school so much that we've been back for six other classes!
I attended twelve classes with Ian and Shelley, along with some of their guest chefs, and always had a fantastic time. One of the best things about these classes is that you can be at any level of home cooking as long as you love to cook. After the class, you can sit down and enjoy a delicious meal with your new friends. We have met so many wonderful people through these classes, it's truly a delight. Just be warned, these classes are addictive! Once you try one, you'll want to try them all.
Visits two classes with Chef Ian, make sourage and all about salt, and two classes with Chef Shelley, Enchiladas and Moroccan. Wonderful cooking classes in Philadelphia and New Jersey area! They are constantly shared with a complete understanding of everything that is covered and more than able to do on their own, not to mention all inside cooking tips and tricks. a beautiful place. the caffe serves a great lunch and there are delicious cakes. the farm has some great and interesting things, but like most farm shops, really not great worth for money. They don't sell everything, but the most basic things. there are also some decent plants.
What a gem this turned out to be! Amazing deli fresh neat and veg. Granted not cheap...but for treats a must have. Simply out if this world. Top quality. Also if you have Equines..they have an absolutely fabulous range. It's a no-brainer
everything is very tasteful. the shop was kept with high quality food and so well displayed. the caffe was nice. the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious with a huge menu to choose! we will definitely go back. j
Took the Brioche class with Shellie and had a great time! People were very nice, the food was good, and I even successfully kneading dough from a gloopy mess to a nice silky dough! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

the breakfast was cooked and presented. I loved the unique painted counter in the escaping area. the products in the shop are of the highest quality. many parking spaces next to the obstgarten. I will visit again soon!
