I've been visiting this cafe for years after my dental appointments at the nearby office. It used to have excellent food and service, but that’s not the case anymore. The food has become inconsistent, and the service is slow and unfriendly. During my last visit, I waited quite a while while the server/chef chopped vegetables right in front of me, without acknowledging my presence. When I finally received my takeout order, the portions were small, and the stew was overly seasoned. The food displayed in the glass case appeared dried out and unappealing. The prices are high, which I wouldn't mind if the food and service were still good. Unfortunately, I've noticed this place has been declining...
I recently transitioned to a Paleo diet, and the staff at Groton Wellness Cafe were fantastic. They assisted me in crafting an incredible stir fry that was simply delicious! To my delight, they even offered Paleo cookies as a bonus! A big thank you to Tim and the other chefs for their wonderful service!
You won't find a better, healthier, or tastier breakfast burrito anywhere! I always order mine with bacon and avocado wrapped in a spinach tortilla, and it's absolutely delicious! To top it off, I enjoy a refreshing strawberry juice. It's truly a hidden gem and an incredible discovery!
I had breakfast there for the first time today with a friend, and it was wonderful! The food and service were outstanding. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and there was a fantastic selection of vegetables and healthy options. I can't praise my experience enough!

integrity people, integrity. what is local today? . if it is one item out of 150 ingredients, i would re name yourselves. local honey and celery doesn 't cut it for integrity with your name. Change it to wellness cafe
Beautiful cafe, so inviting and refreshing to walk into! The pumpkin spice latte was delicious, made with all natural, high quality ingredients. Just amazing. Can't wait to go back.

The case looks beautiful. It is filled with brightly-colored fresh salads. I was lucky enough to try the Tortilla Soup the other day and it was fabulous!

Delicious healthy, wholesome food. One person running it, did a great job and very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was peaceful.
Food was exceptionally fresh and well prepared. Order at the bar and find a seat! You will enjoy!
