I came since 29th. August 2022 to this place. I was here in total 3 times and TWICE took them forever to get my food (the last time it took 12 minutes, and they couldn't find my entrance this last time. When I went to pay, the cashier said a crazy amount $41 something or other, I had to tell him my order again (and then wait for 10 minutes plus . When my card was handed over to me, I did not receive. Then the other cash register (they are switched over? I wanted to give myself a coke... I had to tell her that's not my... And she said, What did you order? ... Repeated my order and she finally gets it right. When she gives me my order, I asked her, is my receipt in the bag? And she answered, "...

Then, another cashier (they switched?) tried to hand me a Coke that wasn’t mine. I had to inform her that it was the wrong drink. She asked what I ordered, I repeated my order, and she finally got it right. When she handed me my bag, I asked if my receipt was inside, and she said yes. However, when I checked in the parking lot, it wasn’t there. I drove back around to the entrance and went inside to inquire about my receipt for the BBQ chicken salad. A young employee with a tablet and a black mask said, "Oh, the one we took forever on? We can’t find the receipt," and started telling me a story about a different employee, a cook. As usual, our order was incorrect. It's the little things that can really make a difference. My husband has a tomato allergy, and we always ask for pico de gallo on the side of his burrito. Unfortunately, they ignored this request, and he ended up getting something with tomatoes in it, despite looking forward to his breakfast burrito. Their only response was a simple, "I'm so sorry." Maybe they could focus a little more on these important details?

Best staff.. Our lunch was customized as per our requirements. My hubby has good restrictions where he can?t eat raw.As we instructed the chef, he made a sandwich as per our requirements. Eating out is not an option for him.But the busy schedule forced us to lunch out yesterday close to the place,we were running our errands.. Don?t miss on grilled Sourdough sandwiches.. As usual, they messed up our order. It's often the little details that have a big impact. My husband is allergic to tomatoes, and we always request pico de gallo on the side of his burrito. Unfortunately, they didn't pay attention to this, so he ended up eating cereal after dreaming about the breakfast burrito. Their response was simply, "I'm so sorry." Maybe they should just read the screen and follow the order!

I had a great experience with Sara at the Farmer Boys on Schaefer in Chino when I called to ask about my order. She was incredibly patient and helpful, going above and beyond by providing additional information to assist me in the future. I was really impressed by her willingness to help, especially considering it was just after 6:00 AM! Thank you, Sara, for your thoughtful assistance.

This place is great for anything fried and a burger.. my kids eat the burgers. For healthy choices the salads they have been a total disappointment for the money. Three salads in two locations and they are crud. This is a last choice place for me. Especially for the amount they charge per item. ?

This restaurant is fairly expensive. I spent $18 on a Cobb salad and a regular drink. Unfortunately, the salad was underwhelming; the chicken was tough, and the avocado had already turned brown. I won't be going back, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Réservez une table maintenant

This was my first time visiting, and I chose the combo meal deal for $6.99, which was a fantastic value! The burgers and fries are quite large for the price. The staff were really welcoming, and the restaurant itself was very tidy. I highly recommend it!
