Based on the law of average values, I try to make a verdict about an institution of one or two visits, as there are many factors that come into a total experience. I have been a patron of this Farmers Boys site for several years because of its proximity and on the basis of my last experience, have lost the patience to ever return. Customer Service: Overall, I said that about 75% of my visits to this site had an inconspicuous customer service. The staff was very friendly overall, except for one particularly snobbish woman. She was quite demanding when she called to place her order, rudely instructing me to wait in line just after I had come out to help her. I'm glad to be back despite that encounter. It seems like she has issues, perhaps disliking other women. At 68 years old, she should know better. Fortunately, the rest of the staff was very cheerful, and the food was excellent and clean.
There's nothing quite like a hot breakfast to start the day, and I really enjoy this place. Everything is served fresh and hot, unlike other restaurants where the food might sit for a while before it's brought to you, often leaving it cold or only lukewarm. The staff here is incredibly friendly, making each visit a pleasant experience. We always have a great time when we come here.
This Farmer Boys location is hands down the best spot for a delicious and juicy burger. The customer service here is top-notch—professional, fast, helpful, and above all, friendly! Half the time they skimp big time on the chicken, if you come across a small half sized patty, WE NOTICE. This time you also skipped me on the side tortillas. I'd rather be told you're out than pay full price for partial servings. Very upsetting. I'd give 2 1/2 stars, but you don't deserve 3.
