Our light Sunday lunch, seated outside with our dog in the sunshine, was a tasty and enjoyable treat. This pub is famous for its scrumptiously rich bowls of cauliflower cheese, a delicious meal in itself. So I opted for that, while my husband chose the...Herefordshire pie with fresh veg. We followed with puds: yummy homemade blackberry and apple crumble, and a treacle sponge, both accompanied by a jug of double cream. This is a traditional and unspoilt English country pub with good home cooking to match. We've eaten here before and will do so again. If you are new to The Farmers Arms, the cauliflower cheese is a must!

Just had an absolutely splendid Sunday lunch at the Farmers Arms, cannot recommend this strongly enough! All three of us had the roast lamb which was extremely tasty and tender. Served with roast potatoes and five vegetables and delicious gravy. Beer was excellent, service was...friendly and efficient and apple pie and spotted dick puddings were lovely. With good prices AND dog friendly it certainly ticked all of our boxes, thank you very much indeed!

Due to COVID and other issues, we hadn't visited The Farmers Arms in nearly two years. We were pleased to receive a friendly welcome from Neil, and our meal was excellent. Unlike some establishments that have raised prices, The Farmers Arms has maintained their affordability. For an authentic countryside pub experience, look no further than The Farmers Arms.

Visited the Farmers Arms this lunchtime for a birthday celebration and had their 2 course Christmas meal. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and thought it was great value for money. The staff were lovely and the food was excellent.

Answer not difficult, however it appears it is at the Farmers Arms. Unfortunately for me I was served a very average plate of fish, chips and peas at the Farmers Arms.
