My family and I had a very disappointing experience at Farmshop. We had pre-ordered and pre-paid for two buckets of fried chicken several days in advance for my grandmother's 80th birthday. Unfortunately, on our way to pick up the order, we received a call informing us that the order we had already paid for had been given away to someone else. Farmshop did not offer any solution for their mistake and essentially told us that it was our problem to deal with.
