Residences at 1700 has been a wonderful choice for apartment living. I love the natural light and interior atmosphere, as well as its convenient location! The staff are always so friendly and helpful! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new apartment home in the west metro! The traffic snow plows can be a little bit loud if you're close to the intersection, but not horrible. Having Caribou attached now Taco Teresa's steps away) is awesome!

We lived around 1700 for 4 years and loved our time there! The apartments are beautiful, spacious and quiet. We really enjoyed the many amenities and the local events. The location is fantastic with many shops within easy walking distance, including grocery stores, shopping center, library and the Minnetonka loop system. The community was great, the staff and residents were very friendly and made it a wonderful place to live!

Great place to live. The staff is very courteous, the building is very clean and well entertained, love their party rooms that if fully equipped. Problems you have with your unit will take care of within 24 hours of your request. Great location.

Beautiful building in a great location. My daughter lives here. I love that I never have to worry because it's in a safe and secure building. Always super clean and everyone is so friendly and friendly. Very recommended!

Office staff is wonderful and very understanding and have really good personalities. The amenities are beautiful and the location is close to everything you might need. Building is clean and so quiet!!
