I order from them weekly, I always ask not to burn my cheese for the most part. Today I asked them not to burn my cheese and I got this. My husband is lactose intolerant and he picked up the pizza. They showed him the pizza, my husband has the slightest idea about cheese. He orders cheese less pizzas. I called back and spoke with the manager/owner who stated to him this pizza is not burnt. Also that burnt is subjective. I then said to him, well I know that you will not send out a burnt pizza but this pizza is really well done. The pizza the cheese was fallen all off. I spoke to the manager he sent me another pizza. I told him that I was sending pictures of the old one and the manager had the nerve to get mad because half the pizza was gone because my kids hungry couldn’t wait for another pizza very rude service overpriced, bad food save your money
