I would give this restaurant five stars for their excellent customer service. The wings are always cooked to perfection. The female staff members are friendly and polite, while the male employees seem a bit irritated. The ladies always maintain a positive attitude and are very polite. Thank you for providing great service, just a suggestion to work on improving the attitude of the male staff. Overall, I would rate it a perfect 10.
The last time I ordered food from here, I found a small piece of wood in the pizza. I took a bite and noticed something hard, so I spat it out and discovered the wood. When I called the restaurant to report it, they claimed they don't use wood in their food, which left me confused about how it ended up in my pizza. Additionally, the woman who answered the phone was quite rude.
My daughter loves this pizza with no sauce and they ALWAYS are on point with that. The girls are really nice and show you your pizza (open box) to ensure its accurate. The courtesy of the cashier's and the no fail pizza orders keep us going here. Keep upthe good work and good attitudes!! ????
