I had never been to fat chicken before. The chickens looked lovely in the display. I had a quarter chicken, chips, peas and gravy. The whole meal was smothered in the VERY salty gravy. The chicken was dry and tough, nothing like the plump succulent chicken advertised. Staff very friendly and polite but I won't be returning.
I go to Fat Chicken pretty much every day Mon-Fri to grab lunch, the guys working there are very friendly and have good customer service but more than anything the chicken and the salads are pretty amazing. Price point also is great, not expensive at all and have a big menu to choose from.Well done guys
Pulled in here for some fish and chips on a Sunday lunchtime. There was a few people waiting so that's a good sign and I wasn't disappointed. Clean, good friendly service, good value, nice food and amazing tartare sauce.. I'll be back to try more on the menu..
Fat Chicken has been here for years and no wonder, they have the best selection of delicious take away. Their fish and chips (excellent butter fish) are amazing. Staff are friendly and super efficient, you never have to wait too long. Réservez une table maintenant

These guys do the BEST chips on the GC - golden & crunchy on the outside, fluffy potato inside! Their Chicken's are juicy and can be cut up into quarters or eighth's for convenience. The have a good selection of salad.
Seriously, they do have the best chips in town - add to that some gravy and you are in heaven! The chicken is free range and delicious and the salads are awesome so it can be either a snack or full dinner!
