My favorite restaurant in the Hamden area! Not only is the food absolutely to die for, but the customer service is like nowhere I've ever been before. Mario, Sarah, and crew happily welcome you into the restaurant like you're family and are always ready to recommend the best things on the menu. My favorite thing to order is the Chicken Souvlaki. The chicken is marinated in a secret (but addicting) marinade and stuffed into a warm pita along with Tzatziki, Feta, Onions, Lettuce and Tomato. The pricing is also really good for anyone looking a cheap but delicious date night. I've said it a million times and will say it a million more..I HIGHLY recommend Fat Wedge U. I have found the best Philly steak within a 50-mile radius at FAT WEDGE U!! The burgers are also incredibly fresh and delicious. I am thrilled to have discovered this place. Thank you, guys! They offer vegetarian options and are very kid-friendly. There is plenty of parking available and a ramp in the back for wheelchair accessibility. This is a great spot for lunch, with prices ranging from $20 to $30 per person.

Unfortunately, this restaurant has unexpectedly closed. They offered delicious sandwiches, especially the best Italian combo and awesome cheese steaks. It's a mystery as to why they disappeared. Service was for dine-in dinners and the prices ranged from $10 to $20 per person. I highly recommend trying their Philly Cheese Steak.

Amazing experience from this legendary restaurant. Come here when you're hungry, hungover, or ready for a flavorful explosion. Run by the one of the nicest/funniest guys you'll ever meet.
