Unbelievably poor customer service. For the LAST time I 've called and placed an order, waited their suggested 20 minutes (or sometimes considerably more! , then when arriving to pickup my order I 'm told oh, we 're out of that . Never a call back to let me know without wasting my time waiting for the order to be prepared. Never an apology of any type. Never any attempt to make it right. This has happened repeatedly probably 5 or 6 times now. The food _IS_ good, that 's why I kept giving them another chance. I like to try to support the local guy, but enough is enough.

I was disappointed to find that the dining room was closed, so I had to eat in my car through the drive-thru. I asked for extra napkins but only received one moist towelette, so I had to stop at another restaurant for more. Another downside was being asked for a gratuity at the drive-thru window. Overall, the food at Fatbacks BBQ was great, but the dining experience could use some improvement. I would stop by again if passing through, but I wouldn't make the long drive again. I would give the food 4.5 stars out of 5.

beautiful hometown bbq. the personal was friendly and easily ordered at the switch for the first time customer. had the fat sandwich again. bbq pork with shiny. very good, but a little soggy boat. mac and cheese were well spiced. fairer price. pickle speer could be better. everything will be nice. will be back to try more.

Very good and my large pork sandwich was huge! My only complaint is we received a small container of sauce each and because the sandwich was so large it wasn't nearly enough sauce. My husband had to pay for two more Very small containers of bbq sauce. As much as we love the BBQ it makes me not want to return.

I have never been let down by the food at this restaurant. It always comes out exactly as requested and is always fresh. The collard greens remind me of the ones you would find in a traditional Southern home like my own. Absolutely amazing.

I have been here twice and each time the bbq, and staff, have been fantastic! The burnt ends, ribs, brisket, mac and cheese. *Drools* If you're in Quincy to get your shot, or even visit, make time to visit Fatbacks. You won't regret it. Réservez une table maintenant

This restaurant serves the best grilled food we have ever had. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We only wish there was a location in Arizona.
