Fatburger Buffalo's Express

Came here for the first time today around 1pm. May have been my first time ever to a fatburger. First off, im going to say the burger was excellent. Huge and greasy and juicy and amazing. Huge pro Fries, not so much. Not the greatest fries 3/10.But here were the negative. Two burgers, two medium drinks (although one was supposed to be a large but clerk forgot to give me my drink) one side of fat fries. Nearly $30. so thats a negative on the price for a fast casual dining. family of 4 would be nearly 75$ and im not paying that for this experience.The seating and interior is ok, games on, but everything felt like it hadnt been cleaned in a bit. No ice tea. Huge miss for me as i only drink Ice tea no pop. Which had i known, wouldnt have gotten drinks at all. also order a large and a small and was given two mediums.Person at the counter was expressionless. no vibe, no interaction nothing. Tried probing with questions about their xxl wall of fame and it was just explained that its a burger. Rather than what the wall of fame is about. she did tell me one person did 8 patties tho. This is why i didnt fight the drink size, not worth it.Overall, for the price and vibe. round up to 4 stars. change the vibe and maybe a 5.

Wow. It was a really nice burger, but not an $8 burger. I compared it to a Whataburger but with a thicker patty. I did like the relish more than I thought. The sweetness really popped. But it was a burger with no cheese for $8. Two burgers (the smallest they had), one sweet potato fries, one chili cheese fries, and two drinks was $35. The chili cheese fries weren't all that, either. The chili was bland and not hot enough to melt most of the cheese. Just plain meh. The food was above average but for that price, I probably won't be back.Oh, the staff was great. The folks behind the counter had plenty of attention for us. There was something up with the AC so they had swamp coolers filled with ice. It was OK but that's because I'm acclimated after a crazy hot summer. The do have an outside patio which will be nice when it cools down.Vegetarian options: They removed their Veggie Burger but have the Impossible Burger.Dietary restrictions: They did advertise a gluten-free bun. I didn't ask if the fries were fried separate from the Onion Rings.Parking: It might fill up when business is hopping.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. They gave great suggestions and made the burger to my liking. The meat on the burger was cooked to perfection, and fries were crispy and made to order. This place is a smash burger and not your typical thick meat patties, but it's worth the price. They also have other items on the menu such as wings and alcoholic beverages to your liking.Parking: Plenty of parking in the area.Wheelchair accessibility: Have spaces reserved for wheelchair accommodation, with easy access.

Ordered two different flavors of wings and they put them all in the same box. Why? Flavor was bland and the chicken was mushy. Also got onion rings and sweet potato fries. Fries were good, but the onion rings were undercooked and the batter lacked flavor. Service was very slow, wasn't even crowded.I wanted to like this place but it's a no for me.

Had an awesome first time experience at Fat Burger. Stone, the manager was very informative and had a good vibe to stay and enjoy a great burger. Good customer service is always part of a great meal in my opinion, plus good food makes it a five star! Fat fries were good and burger was well seasoned.
