el mejor restaurante de tavertet en mi opinión, la comida es excelente con un menú que va variado unas cuantas veces al año, creo que lo recuerdo por temporada. el propietario es una persona majisima, explica muy bien la experiencia gastronómica, se observa que lo disfruta y lo mejor te hace disfrutar con explicaciones, buena atención, ambiente inmejorable. Una cosa que me fascinaba es que estaba nevando y nos colocaba en una mesa junto a la ventana y comiendo con esa huella amplificaba aún más las sensaciones y los olores. muy recomendable, espero volver y nunca cambiar, ya que la forma en que lo hacen es genial.

Servicio sin igual. una atención personalizada en cada servicio desde la cocina y el servicio de mesa. explicación al detalle del servicio de menú y el plato que sirven. teniendo en cuenta las alergias y caídas de los clientes. Te miman y te hacen sentir súper cómodo. aceites y sales, muy bien. cambiar menú y carta semanal. con esto tenemos que probar y saborear diferentes platos y gotas en cada visita que haces al restaurante, siempre te sorprende con algo. Volveremos cuando pasemos la zona. Un gran equipo. 100% recomendado.
