The pub was bustling due to the beautiful weather. We placed our order and were informed it would take about half an hour. When our starters arrived, they were only slightly warm. We asked the manager for smaller plates since we were sharing, and he brought them over. We mentioned that the food wasn't as hot as it could be, and he offered to replace them, but we declined since we were quite hungry. Hello, I visited your restaurant again, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service this time. It felt like the person at the till was choosing who to serve, rather than following a first-come, first-served basis. I waited about 26 minutes for my table to be cleared of the previous customer’s food, and when I finally approached the till to request service, your staff directed me to wait longer while they served another customer first. Went for some dinner on Saturday and the service was so bad! Firstly it took over half hour to be served at the bar and then a hour wait for our food which was at a really low standard, the food was undercooked, hairs on the plate. The waiters didn't bring us any cutlery or sauces and when asked told she would get us some but still never returned and had to go inside and look around the busy restraunt for them. I know it was a warm day and it was busy but the place is clearly understaffed. We made a complaint and didn't think we was taken very serious after giving us a fiver back after 7 of us had something wrong with our food and spent a lot of money in there on drinks and food.
