Fazoli's - Réserver une table

I am editing my review and adding stars because I felt it was great customer service that Fazoli's immediately responded, looked me up, and refunded my money back on my card, just based on this review. Thank you! I haven't been to Fazoli's in years but my kids wanted it. I ordered food online and went inside to pick it up and there was a ton of people in line. Ended up waiting for almost an hour over my pick up. They were super short staffed. I felt bad for them but my kids were really hungry and waiting in car so I asked them to refund my money so we could just go somewhere else and they said they couldnt because it was an online order. This Fazolis used to be good quality. But something must have changed. The wait time in the drive thru has been more than 20 minutes on multiple occasions, even with only one or two cars in line. And both times I?ve gone since that started my order has had something wrong in it, and it?s not worth another 30 minute wait to get it fixed. I don?t know if it?s incompetent staff or new ownership/management, but this location has gone downhill fast.

2/22/22 update: just went through the thru running gear and had an amazing experience. everything was hot and tasty and they made everything very fast. lady at the window was nice and the whole family enjoyed their eating! so happy we tried again and the things have changed:

service was very welcoming, please type . here are the baked Italian meatballs, I ate one before the photo. soou good! mozzarella and provolone mix, soou good. and they throw in these melt-in-your-mouth sticks, soou good! the restaurant was kept very clean. will go back!

I say only average but it is actually pretty good for the money. Last time I ordered I received a pretty small order of Penne plus meat sauce. It surprised me, usually the portions are generous I will go there again

Went tonight and had great service and good food. The guy who works behind the counter tonight went beyond and beyond to make sure our family had a great service. Breadsticks were also delicious tonight.

Megan at 5910 was exceptional. Helped us pick our order, brought it out with fresh parm, the whole nine yards.. felt like a fast food restaurant turned classic fancy Italian place

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced! Their dessert is especially delicious, and the staff are also top-notch.
