Feasta Pizza - Réservation de table

I am not sure what is going on with this restaurant, but the customer service and quality are exceptional. I ordered my usual cake, but when I got home, it was completely wrong. Even though it wasn't terrible, it also wasn't good. I called to let them know about the mistake, but the customer service was disappointing. They offered no assistance and just said thank you for letting them know. I asked to speak to a manager, but they refused to call him. I wasn't looking for a free meal, just an authentic display of good customer service. The pizza is good, but don't expect to eat an hour before closing time. They will turn you away as they clearly do not want to serve customers that close to closing. I have never experienced that before. I'm pretty sure it takes less than an hour to make a pizza for four people. It would have been better to go before they were about to close.

Worst customer service ever when asked to speak to manager was told he was too busy to deal with complaints and to call a different day. Food was bland as well. Rather wait in line at Roma’s down the road next time

We’ve been here twice after visiting a local farm and both times we’ve had good food and service. We look forward to coming here and everything is reasonably priced Réservez une table maintenant

The wife and I stopped in for a couple slices and we're pleasantly surprised. Very good pizza! Thin crisp crust the way we like it.
