I went there with friends this Saturday. Many of the dishes we wanted to order were not available, and we were not informed in advance. The waitress, with whom we spoke at length, told us that this was coming or that we had to recommend (note the lack of clarity.. , and the order never came. When we brought it up again at the end of the meal, the waitress replied that “we ate a lot”! We had a table of more than 4 people, and half of the orders were never served. Plusieurs fois, j'y vais le week-end, donc j'ai opté pour un menu plus cher qui est censé offrir plus de produits, y compris des sashimis. Cependant, quand je les commande, ils n'arrivent jamais. Comment peut-on justifier le coût supplémentaire ? C'est une pratique commerciale trompeuse pour un restaurant à volonté. Restaurant médiocre, le service était déplorable. Nous n'avons pas reçu toute notre commande, la carte était sale et collante, et il n'y avait pas de prix affichés, sauf pour le menu enfants. La serveuse n'a même pas écouté ce qu'on lui disait, nous avons réclamé nos plats trois fois, sans excuse ni compensation. Vraiment déçus. Service : Sur place.
