I’m sorry but vile! £9.95 for lasagne to then come approx 10cm by 10cm clearly microwaved and IN A BOX! Are you serious! Bare in mind it’s nearly £10 for lasagne ALONE, NOTHING comes with it! Food was absolutely disgusting and took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive considering the restaurant was empty, staff were on their phones and were very rude. One in particular a young lad with brown hair who was the “entertainment”for the evening was really just...uncomfortable and unprofessional, throwing food on the floor in a temper tantrum. The singing was subpar and was far too loud, not to mention he was singing depressing songs while I’m trying to have a good time and eat my food!! Havent been since pre covid and sorry to say its gone downhill A LOT. You are paying restuarnt level prices and getting takeaway level food. The pizza is just about alright but definitely don't order the lasagne or pasta which comes out in a box...and you have to eat it with plastic cutlery. Guess they put the no plates thing in for covid measures but it's time to go back to plates, proper cutlery and a bit better presentation if you're going to call yourself a restaurant However the staff were very nice and the annual pass discount and the free meals for kids brought this down to an acceptable price. Me and my granson went here this evening the food was very expensive not much choice for kids menus wait over 35 mins for food and when did finally arrive the burger was hard and cheese was burnt in to the burger that couldn't even...recognise it chips was cold and gransons hotdogs and chips was cold which cost over 6.00 I did complain and got ignored so throw my food to pigons outside which I may add cost 8.95 for burger wouldn't recommend this restraunt unless your willing to wait 35 mins for food and get it burnt cold discussing service and bad attitude good luck there need it worse one along seafront thats the only one that does kids meals disgusting
Been there before had a better experience, This time was unbelievable Been said can't have softdrinks without ice as its there policy never heard something like that. Food overpriced and the Burger for adults came in a dry bun no sauce or...even butter on the bun) frozen fried chicken few onions and cheese, its like the burger is accompanied to chips not the other way round Won't go back.
Been here many times before Covid and was OK. This time I after a half hour wait I had a chicken burger, it was tepid, processed chicken in a soggy batter. I returned it and was offered a replacement. When I said no the manager...said ‘sorry mate’ and game me my refund. He could have at least offered to let me keep the chips with it. Also £2 for a bottled water. We will never return.
I have visited this diner twice and both times the food was absolutely awful. The hot dogs were cold as soon as they were served, the burgers were vile, the beef was so thin and burnt, the cheese in the burger was gross and completely...burnt to the meat. Thought we’d give it a second try but very disappointing, such a waste of money.

A nice family day out overshadowed by the awful experience at this diner. Food was terrible, service was ok from some of the staff except one, who was body shaming another member of the staff behind the counter. £36 for 3 meals that went uneaten,...overall if I could leave a zero star review I would.
Seriously stay away, food is unreal for the price. Ordered chicken burger with chips and it was inedible. No idea how this place is still open.
