I have been here a few times and enjoyed the food every time, however I decided to go here for lunch with my family on 3 July and the service was a disaster -: we waited for 20 minutes for anyone to approach us and when they did we asked for an English typed menu, we waited a further 10 minutes and then decided to go inside and obtain the menu for ourselves, we sat for a further 10 minutes without anyone coming anywhere near us, after 40 minutes with neither a drink nor food order taken, we left and went further up the river to Pauleneer, where the hospitality was second to none. As a previous review points out, they just can't be bothered with tourists, which amazes me, given its location....
Have been to Bremen 3 times and always visit here. It is set bang in the middle of the shlatte next to the river ,the staff are attentive which is no mean feat as the place is always busy. They have a fantastic selection of beers and a lovely menu (you have to ask for English menu),the portions are huge and the food is delicious. They have a beer garden but you have to pay a one euro deposit on glasses and bottles, but it is a lovely spot to sit and watch the world go by. Going back to Bremen next year and will visit here again.
Went there with a colleague, as Bremen was an intermediate stop. We ended up in this place and I can say that I was satisfied. When it comes to decoration, the venue doesn't have something spectacular. I ordered a schnitzel Meier, which was very tasty, and a few of their local beer. A bit more sides would be nice. It was a nice experience. As a side note, the waitress was super nice and very fun.
Very nice restaurant in Bremen's battles. The menu has something for everyone. Also via the beverage card. Prices are in the normal range. The restaurant also has an ausengastronomy. Interior comfortably furnished. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

I was very positively surprised. Thoughts Touri Nepp Shop, but was hungry. The Bremer Pannfisch with Bratkartoffeln was lonely tip, the service was good and attentive. Happy again and loved 8* Thanks for the great surprise
The mattyes was ok but only ok bratkartoffeln were backe not pan fried 1 waitress could not organize te red lady desert without the vanilla ice. The second waiter managed this complication with bravado.
Very nice location in the Bremer WeserviertelManual menu. Delicious, beautifully dressed food. The staff are very friendly, competent and always have a fresh spell on the lips.
We had the typical german sausage, fries and cabbage salad. Very good value. A good location adjacent to the medeval christmas market Service is very very slow

Good Food, quite german way. Nice atmosphere. Good place for quick lunch or business meeting. Or simply for couple of beers with friends on the evening.
Super delicious and great hosts. Class price ratio. We like to come back.
