Felix's Breakfast Sandwich

Mixed review... the food was just OK. The French toast was really good on its own, but for everything else, I'd give it two stars. Service was good, the main waitress was training someone else so she didn't have time to stop in and ask if we needed anything else. I had to ask that she come over to request more juice. She was very fast coming over and serving the requested drink. The eggs, sausage, and bacon could have been better. The bacon was nice and crisp but left a grease-filled oily after taste, similar to the time I purchased breakfast sausage out of a box. The decor was OK, the cook was friendly, he came out to bring us the rest of our order. Like it said it's a mixed review. Food, 2...

Arrived here at 11 am, got food served in more than an hour.Ordered the complete breakfast. Crispy bacon, two hashbrown patties just like McDonald's, two toast slices with butter and scrambled eggs. Everything very neatly presented and cooked just fine. Flavor as nothing special.Why one star? The served that very basic and plain breakfast past 12. I waited more than an hour for fast food.The waitress were totally cool with having everyone waiting. They are painfully slow and expressionless.Not recommended: regular dinner food with very poor service.

after our terrible experience in crepe’s tea in west springfield, which wasted so much time and leaves it without eating anything, we came to felix’s breakfast café. It doesn't look, but don't let you fool. eating was extraordinary and we have a 5-star service from a very nice lady. apple cinnamon pancakes were the best we've ever tried, like anything else we ordered. nicer recommended!

Can't go wrong with this place. Generous portions, ALOT of choices, friendly hostess, quick service, great spot to people watch and chill. Weekends are BUSY. Get in early if you plan on a Saturday visit.

Lovely restaurant with ample seating. Be prepared to wait, they get very busy, but I assure you it's well worth the wait. Food is always delicious. Menu has something for everyone. Highly recommend.

this place is a hidden gem! the service is great and all staff are super friendly. I absolutely love the breakfast bowls and highly recommend to give this place a try!

Large menu with very similar combinations. A good basic breakfast place. My omelette would have been better if the cheese was not just a slice of American on top.
