Fellini Cafe: Newtown Square

Our first time visiting Fellini's in Newtown Square. To be honest, my husband and I were disappointed. We've had multiple people recommend Fellini's, so decided to try out this past Saturday. It's a small, quant restaurant, but a bit cramped. Overall, the service was great. Ellie took care of us, and she was polite and knowledgeable. In regard to the food, the sesame bread delivered to the table is nothing special, really not much flavor, dry and not warm this is a personal preference. We started with the mussels, which were very tasty in the marinara broth, but the crostini on the side is basically the table bread, but crunchy. It was extremely loud. We couldn't hear each other or the other couple. Food was very good. Dinner was slow getting to us and then cleared too quickly (people still eating). Server was very good. Kitchen was probably too busy.

Execellent food, service, and value seating was timely and on time. Will continue to frequent this restaurant. One of the best Italian restaurants in the area.
