The menu is great, many gluten-free options, in-fact it looked like the majority of dishes were gluten-free, also the deserts, they had the most amazing brownies I ever had, and they were gluten-free as standard, other dishes that you normally expect to gluten in-fact GF as standard. The staff seemed knowledgeable, you had no flags etc. But when they brought the dishes out, they said what was gluten-free. The food here is amazing, by the way. Really high-quality food. I'm very sensitive to gluten and I would have known if I had something. But it was absolutely good. I did not ask about kitchen practices, but I felt that they knew what they were doing when I go back, I will ask some more ques...
