Felmoor Country Park

Just returned from a weekend break in Hazel oaks , the lodge and location was lovely , on arrival the lodge it was so hot and we couldn’t fathom out the heating as it was too hot (we did in the end rang site manager twice and left voicemails , still waiting for a reply , no communication whatsoever , if it wasn’t for the hot tub lady Mel we would have been lost , she helped us no end , what a lovely girl she was and a breath of fresh air an absolute star , we had a few minor issues , the kitchen draw fell apart repeatedly,, stains on the living room carpet , cobwebs on light fittings, crisps and smarties under chair cushions , confetti behind the sofa, dirty radiators in bathrooms, greasy ov...

This would be rated so much higher if it wasn't for the greedy, seeming trick/scam they have lowered themselves to with not giving anyone who rents a lodge their deposit back, See for yourself on tripadvisor, as I noticed they've recently stopped reviewed on facebook (I wonder why! Tyne log cabin was beautiful, immaculate and we really enjoyed the stay, its just a shame that after constant emails and phone calls and emails nearly a month and half later, My sister did not get her deposit back! When she looked online, It transpired this is not an isolated incident and they are now doing/have done this with everyone/most people it seems. Its a greedy and malicious and probably accountable thing...

Felmoor park caravan/log cabins is such a nice quiet place to chill with family and friends there are some lovely places to go near aswell and sometimes there are geese that come around in the morning when it’s sunny and a warm day today too would definitely recommend felmoor park to stay for family and friends to have time away

Lovely site and lovely peacefully break for my 40th Birthday. I booked 3 lodges and still waiting for my deposits back nearly a month down the line constantly emailing they expect it up front so they should give u it straight back after your stay will be taken it further if I've hers nothing by end of week...
