On a Tuesday in Gernrode or Bad Suderode is hard to find an economy that has opened. My Mutti and I were in Bad Suderode for the Christmas holidays and had ordered a table in the rock cellar in advance, by mail. The reservation worked perfectly and uncomplicated. Yesterday we went to Rock Cellar for dinner. We were welcomed very nicely and consulted for food and drinks. As an appetizer we chose the Maronen cream soup, as a main menu we chose the deer roast with red cabbage and lumps and at the end we enjoyed an ice cream. The food tasted fantastic the deer roast is a clear recommendation! You know that both in preparation and execution, very much love in work was the service was also top class!
