Ferien- Seminarhotel Bellevue, Seelisberg

I took 3 rooms, two on the lake and the third on the street (they say on the mountain) and it was as follows: The hotel is old, there is no air conditioning, there is no refrigerator, no ironing board, the furniture is worn out, the floor is very ordinary carpet, and the balcony doors, some of them are broken The breakfast is fixed, very, very ordinary, there is no cooking for any item, only boiled eggs, cheese, mixed yogurt, bread, croissants and juice The sounds of cows and the church to the rooms, the street is annoying all night or early morning Away from the lively areas of Lucerne, there is a grocery nearby by car Can we say the staff are friendly and it is considered safe and they hav...

Ich war 7 Nächte dort und kann sagen Essen war sehr lecker. Jedoch beim Zimmer muss ich leider 2 Sterne abziehen, da es keine Stühle und eine Tisch auf dem Balkon gab und ich auch durch nachfragen keine bekommen haben. Des weiteren ist das Badezimmerfenster blickdurchlässig, sodass in unserem Fall vom gegenüberliegenden Zimmer und auch vom Restaurant/Terasse uns beim Duschen zugesehen werden konnte. Sonst war alles Top für ältere Personen würde ich das Naturhaus nicht empfehlen da kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist falls man Einschränkungen beim Gehen hat.

Stopped for drinks after a breathtaking walk around part of the Swiss Path. They were shut but were kind enough to serve us drinks on their breathtaking balcony. What a view. Wonderful staff, so friendly! They were kind enough to check the evening menu for us as we have 2 vegans, a vegetarian, pescatarian and meat eater in the party. We booked a table and came back for a fabulous meal with all dietary needs catered for. Again we were very impressed with the waitress. Well done staff and chef. Absolutely 5 star

Be careful if reserve it from booking! Tough staff at front desk that refused to help us change the room type even if there were so many empty rooms there. The rooms is also dirty with much hair on the ground. Breakfast is not satisfying as well. If you want to live by the lake, go to Luzern or other small town! A very bad hotel. I booked it for three nights and checked out immediately after the first night I spent. I never recommend staying there. His rating on Booking is unfair, and he does not deserve an evaluation of more than 6 at most Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

Restaurants terrace is overlooking the lake and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We only had drinks and dessert, and the apple strudel was excellent. Service: 4
