Festiva Orlando Resort

I really didn't care for the virtual check-in process. I had a feeling the opening of the door using a cell phone would be a problem and it indeed was. The operator on the phone provided me with a code to unlock the door on the keypad and that didn't work either. Thank goodness there was an actual key located within the lock box next to the door. I was at the resort for a short stay (2 nights), and the stressful check-in process ruined everything for me. Once I finally relaxed and unpacked, I noticed that there were no instructions regarding how to access the internet so I could unwind and watch TV on my Tablet. Unfortunately, this was after 11:00 p.m. on a Friday night and I couldn't reach...

Wasn't what was pictured it's small no view no access to shopping not in walking must have a car to get around... And there was no one to talk to about the room, very disappointed for me as well as my daughter grieving her 9 yr old son Bryson was hit killed by a construction truck were from Ohio trying to console her loss by having a trip to relieve her sadness , wasn't worth the time to us! ?

I had a wonderful time. The resort was like a little apartment. I was able to store and cook my own food. There was a balcony. The keyless entry was convenient. It was close to all the attractions and parks. Highway accessible fairly easy. It had a washer and dyer in the unit. It was just a wonderful experience. I could not give it enough stars....
