Very Disappointed, came here today to have the big pan special which is Yellow Thai, which i normally enjoy so much and always come to have this for my lunch, well today i wished i did NOT bother, it taste nothing like it usually does, seamed missing the taste it normally has and also was extremely oily runny looking, then the amount of Yellow Thai i got compered to the rice was a joke, hardly any meat in the ridiculous tiny spoon of food the lady serving gave me. so not only did my lunch taste disgusting i basically was given rice and the tiny amount of pan, nothing like i normally received rather upsetting and disappointed i wasted my lunch break walking down to you today, not sure if the...
A mushy mixed up mess of bland food wrapped in a soggy tortilla. Best avoided. Even though we ate at the restaurant, nothing had been heated properly so everything was room temp. Most of the cheese on nachos was grated and cold. A “big pan” Greek Chicken burrito was just endless rice and beans, a single boiled potatoe piece and carrot ?! , with no more than two fingernail size squares of chicken in the entire thing. A really miserable experience and absolutely nothing authentically Mexican in the food or hospitality.
Dropped by the Festival street kitchen whilst in Basingstoke having found them online for a new place to visit for my husbands birthday. 100% the best place to have chosen, friendly staff, great atmosphere and music topped off by the most delicious food with superb flavours. Nasty burrito. Never have I had a burrito with Lima beans and carrots inside. Yuk. Ordered chicken burrito, got a mess of mostly rice and some beans. Maybe a tsp of chicken. Sauce was acidic and caustic tasting. A trash barrel was sat next to our table, someone threw something in right where we were sitting. Kind of off putting. Won’t be back.
