It was a wonderful mix of Mainstay menu elements and special Valentine's Day elements. Devin, our server, was both energetic and well informed about the menu points and how Fhima does things. The cocktails, seasonal and year-round, were both heady and creative. The brussel sprouts were made in a way that, unlike most, does not overcook but dipped in Balsamico. The rabbit stew with homemade gnocchi was by far the best course. Had three records. The Waguyi-Tenderloin was very good, with the cocoa dust on the chocolate frozen. The friend's steak was well married and well cooked. The only average part of the meal was dessert, with the cream crumble somewhat cold and the deep in chocolate dessert...
David Fhima and his team have surpassed our expectations with an absolutely fabulous culinary experience! The ambience of Fhima's Minneapolis is excellent with a very stylish central bar. The Mixologist Barkeepers have created some wonderful special cocktails and the table page presentation is excellent. Our service team was friendly and attentive. We felt like old friends welcomed back! David's Moroccan and Sicilian influences have once again been through a series of original flavors that made us clean our plates! I was thrilled that the lamb tagine was back on the menu and the flavors were even better than I remembered. Thanks for an unforgettable evening! We'll be back soon!
Nous étions chez Fhima il y a un mois et avons passé un excellent séjour, nous avons donc décidé de revenir. Nous avons été très déçus de notre deuxième visite. Le plat de tangine aux fruits de mer conçu pour deux avait à peine assez de poisson pour une personne. Le service a commencé très bien mais s'est détérioré tout au long de la soirée et nous avons dû attendre environ une demi-heure pour le dessert. Nous ne prévoyons pas de retourner chez Fhima
Moroccan salmon was excellent, scallops were overdone on one side, slightly raw in the middle, risotto was soupy unimpressive, Waygu flank steak was ok, not worth the price. Cream puffs were deep fried danish with some cream injected chocolate drizzle on top not puff pastry and very little cream. Overall food was not impressive. Cocktails were well done service was superb!

Pour aussi haut de gamme que soit le menu, je n’étais personnellement pas très impressionné par les saveurs et les assaisonnements de mes choix alimentaires, mais ce n’est que mon opinion non professionnelle. Je suggérerais de l'essayer pour de bonnes boissons et une ambiance à coup sûr
We were at Fhima's a month ago and had a great experience so we decided to return. We were very disappointed with our second visit. The seafood tangine dish (designed for two) hardly had enough fish for one person. The service started out great but deteriorated throughout the evening and we had to wait about an half hour for dessert. We do not plan to return to Fhima's

J'ai déjà recommandé Fhima's à différents couples, groupes de personnes! Ce fut une expérience fantastique et notre serveur, Jeff, était très compétent et serviable! Il a vraiment contribué à rendre l'expérience tellement amusante! J'ai hâte d'y retourner
