Celeste, the supervisor, packed my order personally, as she rudely mentioned, but unfortunately, one of the items was missing from my order. I had placed the order through DoorDash, and my refund was already processed before I even called to inform the restaurant. This experience with Celeste was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills, which was extremely disappointing. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant. Although the cheesesteaks we ordered were good, I wouldn't return due to the poor customer service from Celeste, the supervisor.
I typically order the chicken alfredo and cajun mac from this restaurant and it has always been one of the best alfredos you can get. However, recently I believe they have changed their recipe because the alfredo sauce lacks creaminess and flavor. They should stick to their original recipe that wasn't broken. The salad they served me had soggy, brown lettuce with a strange smell. Overall, the quality of the food has definitely decreased.
I loved the Salmon Cheesesteak at this restaurant. The sandwich had a generous amount of salmon and the bread was freshly baked. It was well-seasoned and I appreciated the addition of sautéed spinach. The french fries were hot, delicious, and maintained a nice crunch. I will definitely be ordering this dish again.
"The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. However, today the mashed potatoes were a bit dry and could have used some milk and butter. The fish, on the other hand, was fantastic. The tartar sauce needed some improvement. Another issue is that they never provide utensils. What's up with that?"

I ordered a Salmon cheesesteak platter with fries. but I wanted to substitute the fries with onion ring and I got charged a extra $5.99. How ? and when I ask why I was being charged a for the onion rings. y'all didn't have a answer for me. this will the first and the last time I order from here.
this is my first time with eating from this restaurant and while the wings taste good I literally in 5 minutes because how small they were. they do not taste fresh. I ordered by doordash and they are already charging too much for eating and then I get small wings. please make them wetttter!!!!
PROS: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFFORDABLE, LARGE PORTIONS FOR ENTRÉES DEFINITELY WILL HAVE LEFT OVERS. SHRIMP ALFREDO IS WELL SEASONED THE SHRIMP ARE LARGE THEY GIVE YOU ABOUT 6 OR 7. SIGNATURE WINGS WITH FRIES ARE JUICYCON: THE ALFREDO COULD USE MORE SAUCE THE NOODLES ON THE TOP WAS DRY.
Everything was good except my lemon pepper wings were not hot or warm, it was like they had wings already done from another order then placed in mine. . The popcorn chicken was warmer than my lemon pepper chicken

The fries are delicious and come in a very generous portion! However, the fish is a bit bland and the only flavor you can taste is a hint of beer. It really just needs some salt and pepper to enhance the taste.
The extra sauce I paid for never came and the fries were too heavily seasoned. The Cheesesteak and Wings were okay though.
