Fiesta Barbecue Bibingka

To start, the term "Bibingka" loosely translates to a type of bakery item or pastry. Since we were in the area, we were eager to try some Filipino dishes, and this location turned out to be perfect, especially with the allure of barbecue. We arrived in the early afternoon and were pleased to find that it wasn't crowded at all. The restaurant offered a wide selection of chicken, pork, and seafood dishes. We decided to go with the mixed combo plate, which allowed us to choose various seafood and meats. Absolutely delicious! I went yesterday and tried the chicken plate, which was so good that I returned today for the liempo plate (pork belly). It was so tasty I felt like I was inhaling the flavors! I’m planning to pick up a family platter later. I had never really tried Filipino food before, but the meat here is incredibly smoky in a delightful way and simply prepared. The quality of the ingredients, the smoky flavor, and the cooking technique are all top-notch. This will definitely be one of my favorite restaurants in Carson for some time!

This is the place to go to for grilled combo plates or bowl combos. Nothing fried, no MSG. A sampling of their offerings chicken, pork, tuna, salmon, pork sisig all with java rice and I think egg drop soup. Bowls include the same grilled meats with choice of veggies. Waiting time of about 15 minutes because they prepare the food after ordering. Bowls are around $8, plates from $10.50 12.00. Platters also for group/family, around $30. Don't forget the bibingka.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered the Tuna Belly along with bibingka. The combo included soup, tuna belly, and java rice for just $13. The food was fresh and flavorful. I was so pleased with the tuna belly that I decided to order the pork liempo as well! Réservez une table maintenant

Only place we eat whenever we go to Carson from San Diego. Good eats especially the ribs and my fave is broil salmon with their special rice. Their Bibingka is to die for that we always buy extra to bring back with us to SD. I have to try the pusit next time.

This restaurant exceeded my expectations! I'm glad I called to place my order. The staff were friendly, and I will definitely return to sample more of their dishes. There’s convenient parking and the service is quick!

The food here is fantastic! Even though I live about 25 minutes away, I make the trip because their pork skewers and Java rice are simply the best!
