Fiesta Mexicana Ringgold

Really bad service, timing, customer appreciation. I sit here writing this review as my coworkers food gets cold waiting for my food to be finished. Estimated time on postmates was 12:43. It is now 12:53. Preordered at 12:20. They have not bothered to explain to me or get my details about the order. I have been here multiple times and they have always seemed disorganized and unempathetic. Been coming here with coworkers for a while. They havent even ask me for my ID to confirm my order.

Not the best customer service. Only seen my server once. Got my taco salad and I barely had any ground beef. Last time I got it, I had a good amount. Manager came and she was completely rude to me.. told me the cook measures out the beef. I was very polite about the situation. She asked me did I want the plate or not? I told her no thanks. I’m not paying $10 for very little food. This used to be our go to place but clearly it’s gone down hill.

our waitress savannah was very helpful. portions were very large and delicious. it was a little difficult for us to find because we are not out of the opposite.

The food here is amazing!!! The staff is prompt, attentive, and friendly!! Huge servings for very cheap prices... My new favorite place
