We found the restaurant via the Michelin App and visited it for lunch because of its recommendation (Bip). Food: Amuse Gueule (including beard liquor cream) was very delicious. The main dish (Roulade, Ochsenbäckchen) was served as a dish dish. In this price class, I have experienced this more lovingly (with post-order service). I have to say that there is nothing in principle to be put in the kitchen. but in this price segment I expect a first class service. that is not far true. starting at a 15€, I expect the sampi to be served without it or the like. I'm sorry, it didn't happen to my court. after a note of my part, no apologies, cures or compensations have been made. Ein sehr außergewöhnlich ansprechendes, gemütliches Ambiente hat uns richtig eingehüllt. Sehr nette, aufmerksame Bedienung in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre, trotz vieler Gäste. Die Speisekarte ist ansprechend und übersichtlich. Was darauf schließen läßt, daß hier keine null acht fünfzehn Saucen verwendet werden. Unsere Vorspeisen und das Hauptgericht waren nicht nur sehr ansprechend und besonders angerichtet, sie schmeckten uns allen sehr gut ! Wir haben den Abend rundherum genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Ein wunderschönes Fachwerkhaus Hotel zum Entspannen und mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten u.a. in den Westerwald, ein Restaurant mit sehr schönem, urigen Ambiente und sehr leckerem Essen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Das Hotel ist in einem ruhigen Ort gelegen, die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend gestaltet, eins hat sogar eine eigene kleine Sauna toll! Das Team ist außerordentlich gastfreundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir haben im Fiester Hannes vier wunderbare Tage verbracht und kommen gerne wieder Réservez une table maintenant

I was there for the first time and ordered Zander. He was very well dressed with various vegetables and probably the best sour wort I've ever eaten. Overall really delicious as well as the greeting from the kitchen. We sat outside and caught perfect weather. Prices were quite high, but according to quality.

a spontaneous outing led us to the restaurant fiester hannes in burbach and became a very delicious 3 courses menu with a raised kitchen, very friendly staff and a great ambiente. recommended is the gänsebrust as well as the due. a view of the appetizers and especially the dessert card is worth it
