For starters, we ordered the beef carpaccio and the mussels. The mussels were cooked to perfection in a delicious red sauce with no grit at all. The beef carpaccio was fresh and tasty, served with crostinis. For our main courses, my boyfriend had the sea bass and I tried the chicken rebosado. Both dishes were absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed mashed potatoes as a side, which were some of the best we have ever had at a restaurant. My boyfriend had Brussels sprouts as his second side and we both agreed they were the best we had ever tasted. I even ordered an extra side to take home with my leftovers. My husband and I have visited this restaurant several times before. Tonight, however, we had a disappointing experience. While my husband enjoyed his meal, I was not impressed with my salmon. I ordered it cooked medium, but it tasted burnt and dry. When I mentioned this to our waitress Allie, who turned out to be the daughter of the head chef, she seemed defensive and insisted that the salmon was cooked correctly. After some back and forth, they remade the dish, but it still lacked flavor, despite being served with a butter sauce that they charged us an additional $4.00 for. The lack of satisfactory customer service, particularly from the owner's daughter, has left us with a bad impression....

In Orlando for a wedding and had a Friday night out. Wanted a good steak and was recommended Fig’s Prime. Sat at the bar since I was solo. Had a great server, Ed. He was a very nice gentleman and was friendly and attentive. Ordered a ribeye medium rare with a lobster tail and grilled shrimp. Steak was cooked to perfection, and seasoned very nicely. Lobster had a great texture and nice char from the grill and the butter came in dish with a small flame to keep it warm. Used the butter for my large grilled shrimp. Brittany was our server and SHE WAS AMAZING! Let me just tell you I will definitely be back just because of her atmosphere and beautiful energy. She took care of me and my family and went above and beyond. She made sure we had everything we needed and were very well taken care of. Fig's Prime did the right thing by hiring her. She is a great addition to your restaurant and she deserves a raise! We left with huge smiles and are already planning our next trip back in hopes that we can have her as our server again. I was eager to visit this restaurant after seeing the menu. The jalapeno margarita was delicious and the service was great. However, the wine selection was a bit disappointing. Our appetizer had good ingredients but didn't have a wow factor. The same can be said for the rack of lamb - it should have been amazing but it was just okay. The Veal Marsala also didn't stand out, with the vegetables being the highlight of the dish. It might have just been an off night, so I would give it another try. On the bright side, my meal met my daily sodium intake. Overall, the service was good, the food was decent, but the vibe was lacking.

The staff at Figs has gone above and beyond; from finding us a reservation at last minute, to accommodating us while we waited for a table; to knowledgeable on drinks, atmosphere, food recommendations. They ensured our first time there was a memory that will forever be imprinted on us. We had the most amazing night ever and the food quality was beyond our expectations. We hope the staff had a good evening and we are ever so thankful for everything!

I decided to go here to celebrate my birthday recently. Omg! the ambiance is everything!! The food, the service, the attention to detail. I felt so accommodated and special while dining. Our waitress was top notch! We tried the calamari, ate all of it. Wine selection was nice, food was delicious! Would definitely recommend for a anniversary or birthday or special occasion.

Great service with nice dining. Their magical dining menu is really good. Definitely a good deal. Don’t miss out their chef’s special creation for magical dining, Beef Bourguignon. Everything was so good that I forgot to take a picture. Goat Cheese Croquette was absolutely delicious. Mixture of sweet and cheesy. I’ll definitely recommend it! Réservez une table maintenant

My wife and I stumbled upon this gem by accident. Glad we were paying attention as we drove the area. Service was great, food was better, atmosphere was relaxing.
