Filippi's Pizza Grotto

we use to be customers at this place, but in the last 5 months there is service is terrible. these are some of the things we experience at the chula vista location. the waiter spill spaguetti on my brand new jacket, filippis refuse to pay for the damage. in one of our visits we put our order long before some of the other families there order, these families were first served us. I complain to the female manager she didn't care. then in our last visit before a week, our eating was served cold. again, I didn't care about the trouble and the management. we notice a thing when they are white, they get great service, but if they are a different color they are treated as müll. we no longer recommend to avoid this place if they can, there are better places out there that take care of customers there. we are not going back.

Great service (Mary), but kitchen has dictated this review. When a duck comes out 5-10 minutes after the order (lasagna), simply had a feeling that could be a problem. It was best warm and the final responsibility falls on the server. Shade on kitchen for the server look bad! Three years ago was 4 out of 5 stars. No excuses for avoiding, check your equipment or use microwave!

order a pizza to go and ask for paper plates they will look at you like your from another planet place is going downhill faster and faster bathrooms are
