Fin Brew can still dish out a nice restaurant experience. Always go on a nice clear day the Hudson River views are fantastic. Table umbrellas help with the afternoon sunshine. Food was very good and innovative Watermelon salad was fresh and cold and minty a perfect start Oysters continue to shine at $4 each with a least 10 East and West coast to choose from. Cold and well shucked. Only letdown is the server didn't tell us the name of each little bi valve. In Maine, each oyster had a little stick in the ice with its name a nice touch when you are paying $4 each. A friend brought me here for birthday dinner and it was an amazing experience. Every appetizer, drink and entree tasted wonderful and bursting with flavor. Our server was very attentive and on top of things. An excellent experience and I very much recommend trying this out. Especially the salmon and Corn Brulee. I will be back! The meal was covered with overthought spices and sauces and somewhere underneath it all there was food hiding. Prices are way above what the fare was worth.
